Ashleigh stepped into the Zulu and Zephyr team in 2021 as Design and Production Co-ordinator. In this role she worked alongside Senior Designer’s to deliver three collections and 500+ sku’s annually. Playing a pivotal role in developing and fitting garments across all product categories. Ashleigh was also responsible for the design and development of trims, labelling and packaging - aligned with the brands sustainability targets. As well as inventory management and logistics for trim and sample orders across each collection.

In this role she also co-ordinated sales assets. Including e-commerce imagery, flat lay and collection look books to name a few. This role highlighted Ashleigh’s strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
