I’m Ashleigh, an Australian product development consultant with almost a decade of experience across ready-to-wear, swimwear, activewear and accessories.

My experience spans the full development process, from initial concepts, CADs and technical specifications through to fittings, sourcing, supplier management and production. I also specialise in trim and packaging development, supported by long-standing relationships with manufacturers and suppliers.

Alongside product development, I work across creative production, coordinating e-commerce shoots, developing seasonal look books and delivering polished digital assets. This crossover between technical development and creative production allows me to understand not only how a product is made, but how it ultimately needs to be presented.

I take a calm, considered and solutions-focused approach to my work, combining technical knowledge with a strong creative eye. I’m comfortable stepping into established teams that need additional expertise, or working closely with founders who need support turning an idea into a commercially viable product.

Based in the Northern Rivers, Australia, I work with brands locally and remotely and am available for freelance, consulting and project-based work.
