P.E NAtion
Joining the fast growing P.E Nation in January of 2019 as Junior Product Developer. It was in this role that Ashleigh became adaptive and a strong team player in a super fast paced and high pressure environment. In this role, she was responsible for the initial development handover with design and garment technicians and coordinated the setup of technical specifications and artwork for offshore suppliers.
Additionally, Ashleigh was responsible for processing lab dip and strike-off approvals, and collaborated closely with testing laboratories in China to ensure that all new development fabrics passed thorough testing requirements. During this tenure Ashleigh gained a strong skill set in fashion categories for cut and sew and outerwear as well as accessories and trim development.
